Skin Tags

Skin tags are those annoying little hanging "moles" that you may find under your arms, on your inner thighs and on your neck. These benign and harmless lesions can be easily treated. At Dermatology & Laser Center of Charleston, we use several techniques to remove them safely and with minmal or no discomfort. Sometimes, skin tags become larger. In this case we will use a small amount of numbing before removing the lesion.
