Ginger Greene
Practice Administrator
Ginger has been with Dr. Schlesinger since he opened his Charleston practice in 2005. She has worked in the medical field for over 20 years and has a tremendous amount of accounting and finance experience. Graduating from the University of Florida in the mid 70s with a Bachelor of Arts in English, she relocated to the low country and graduated from the College of Charleston in 1991. Earning a double major, she simultaneously completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Responsible for every aspect of the practice operations, she combines her expertise with her creative talents to handle most of the marketing and practice development as well.
Having spent most of her life in the outdoors, she takes pride in the work Dr. Schlesinger and his staff have done to rejuvenate her skin and will often share stories about the different procedures she has had done with patients. Her spare time is spent with her boyfriend, Patrick, his two daughters- Lauren and Izzy and their two dogs, Skyy and Morgan. Sharing a love of music and adventure, they can often be spotted enjoying musical concerts and events, watching the Braves or the Florida Gators as well as traveling to visit family and friends. Ginger often says “life is full of wise choices” and joining the DLCC team was one of her wisest!

Nakia Postell
Administrative Assistant at Patient Registration
Nakia has lived in Charleston for 23 years and by “squatter’s rights” has earned the title of Charlestonian. Working in the medical field for 15 years, she brings her experience and expertise to the DLCC team. Happily married to her husband, Daniel, they have a son, Cole, and a daughter, Hannah. In her off time, Nakia enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite vacation spot “to go and visit is Disney World”. Most of the time outside of work Nakia is with her kids, although occasionally she has been spotted at the bowling alley or simply enjoying a night off.

Callie Rowland
Insurance Specialist
Callie is a true bred Charlestonian and enjoys life in the low country. Insurance billing, processing and trouble shooting have been her forte for several years working in this field since 2001. She joined DLCC fulltime in 2006 and has been instrumental in the implementation of our electronic billing and electronic remittances. Callie and her high school best friend, Ben Powell, will be married on August 8th of this year and will reside here in Charleston. Both she and Ben are great advocates of pet rescue and fostering, and enjoy time with their four dogs, TJ, Hampton, Stuart and Buttercup. April Galyen
Clinical Medical Assistant
Although not a Charlestonian by birth, April was raised in Charleston and has enjoyed living here almost her entire life. Joining DLCC two and a half years ago, she was looking for a new path to put her professional and organizational skills to use. With a strong accounting background and knowing the importance of attention to detail, April was a perfect match for our clinical area. April spends her spare time enjoying a new home with Sonny, and their two beagle pups, Macy and Ella. Both motorcycle enthusiasts, they are often seen riding about on their Harley or spending time with family, friends and neighbors.

Nichole Seigler
Clinical Medical Assistant
Nichole, our newest member of the DLCC staff, gives meaning to the phrase “a true
Georgia Peach”. She is excited about her recent move to Charleston from Augusta, where she lived for 26 years.
Previously working with burn victims both clinically and administratively at the Joseph M Still Burn
Center, she brings a tremendous amount of medical experience to DLCC. As an avid UGA football fan, she swears the “Bulldawgs” are now and always will be the #1 team in college
football. Nichole decided to venture away from the place she grew up, moving to Mt. Pleasant to enjoy the
beauty of the low country beaches as well as the awesome shopping experience in the tricounty area.
Her southern drawl and great sense of humor bring fun and laughter to the workplace and she fit right in
as a follower of Grey’s Anatomy. Nichole has a great passion for children and spent much of her free time at home with nieces and nephews.
She hopes to one day in the future find a position in the Pediatric field.

Michele Williams
Clinical Medical Assistant
Michele recently joined the DLCC team bringing 18 years of professional experience,
both clinically and aministratively. As a familiar face here on the hospital campus, she has spent the
last 7 years working for an OB/GYN practice. Her compassion and professional demeanor shine in our clinical
area. Attending Trident Technical College here in the lowcountry, she received a Certificate of Completion
in Medical Coding but prefers the clinical side of the practice. Michele spends much of her spare time with
her husband Todd enjoying concerts, Nascar races and relaxing at the beach. She keeps herself busy and
enjoys a great sense of wit and fun! As a mother of two, she appreciates her “fun time” and likes to do
a little shopping or “just hanging out with friends”.
